Mr. Zhang once engaged in civil and commercial jurisdiction. He has dealt with over 1400 civil and commercial cases in total, involving contract dispute of transaction, loan, and leasing contracts and civil infringement disputes concerning rights of reputation and portrait. Famous cases he dealt with include disputes concerning rights of reputation and portrait involving celebrities like Zhang Xinyu, Liu Yan and Li Jing, Car damage compensation case at Ikea s parking lot, Claims for mail loss caused by EMS, Fire case caused by fireworks and firecrackers on Lantern Festival, Co-development and operation contract disputes concerning National Museum of China, and Class action against China Railway Airport Construction Group by creditors on financing loans. Mr. Zhang was once invited to serve as special legal guest at China National Radio and Beijing People's Broadcasting Station and made nearly 20 live legal programs
