Cindy LI used to write patent application documents in an IP agency, which gave her extensive, hands-on experience. Later, she mainly works on patent alert analysis, patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, and patent civil litigation, drafting and review of contract, and other related affairs. To date, she has been agent for over 100 cases of patent invalidations and patent infringement litigations, of which she won many for the clients. She also provides patent alert analysis about clients' products before marketing and therefore eliminating potential infringement risk and the loss. Cindy is now the Director and a Senior Partner of the firm.

• 1. In 2011, successfully defended Green Electric Applicants, Inc of Zhuhai in patent invalidation litigation for a 'self-defining sleep curve air conditioner', which has been recognized as one of the Top 10 IPR cases for 2011 in China as listed by the Supreme People's Court of PRC.
• 2. Successfully represented a client in a patent invalidation case which concerned CHONGQING DONGBEN INDUSTRY CO, LTD, the owner of a utility model patent for a "motor tricycle frame", which is considered one of Top 10 IPR cases for 2011 by the SIPO Patent Re-examination Board.
• 3. Successfully acted for other well-known domestic and foreign companies in patent invalidation cases and invalidation appeals such as Ford Co., Unilin, ZTE, Shimano, Siemens, Haier, Karsten&Ping etc.

Successfully acted for Sharp Corporation in patent infringement evidence collection which urges both parties to make settlement; Successfully acted for Japan company, Mitsubishi in a series of patent infringement litigations relating to automobile; Successfully acted for French company, Norinco in a series of litigations related to IPR enforcement; Successfully acted for American company, K2 in its invention patent litigation and other patent invalidation case; Successfully acting for volumes of patent infringement litigation cases for other well known enterprises like Swarovksi Co., Switzerland Huber+Suhner Co., Zi Co, German Sata etc.
