Lily LI graduated from the Department of International Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law. Since 2002, she has worked in China National Light Industry Council, Planning Department of Glanz Group in Guangdong, two law firms and trade companies in Guangdong. In 2009, she came back to Beijing and worked in Beijing King & Bond Law Firm for three years. She is now a Senior Partner of the firm.

She is the counselor for a large construction company in Zhejiang, responsible for all legal affairs of the company.
